Previous incidents

The outage was caused by an internal networking misconfiguration. We have resolved the core issue. It may take some time for all services to recover fully.

We accidentally updated the user API (https://api.account-service.nrfcloud.com/) to a test configuration which broke the REST API. The incident was reported within a minute to our Slack channel and we deployed the production version again immediately.
